First Bloodshot Trailer Should Release By October Says Director
While the majority of films may be focused on the likes of more standard Marvel and DC fare, we can’t forget all the other wonderful stories that exist outside of the two titans of publishing. In this particular case, we’re talking about Bloodshot, the Valiant Comics character created by Kevin VanHook, Don Perlin, and Bob Layton.
The impending Bloodshot film, starring Vin Diesel, is set for a February 2020 release date, and with that in mind, one has to wonder when a trailer is on the way. Speaking with ComicBook.com, Bloodshot director Dave Wilson gave an update on when we could expect a trailer.
“We’ve been in post for a while now. We got back from shooting this November, December. We’ve had our first previews and everything’s going great. All the visual effects gears are turning. We’ll probably have a few days of re-shoots just to pick up a few things we didn’t get down in Cape Town, which is where we shot, and hopefully, the first trailer is coming out October if not sooner, getting ready for our February release date.”
So, for those of you who have been a bit worried by the fact that we have yet to see a trailer for the film, fret not. We still have a solid five months until it hits theaters, and while some of those bigger movies may have trailers as early as six months in advance, it isn’t as much the case with virtually everything else.
